Product and user support is available via:

  • Updates and Maintenance (U&M): a support service that provides users with routine software updates and access to all of the latest software features and refinements. U&M clients can also call on Marshall Day Acoustics’ SoundPLAN support personnel for guidance and trouble-shooting of day-to-day modelling tasks. New licence purchases include 12 months U&M.
  • Training: open and company-specific training sessions that are tailored to suit; from introductory sessions through to advanced and targeted applications.
  • Consulting: project-specific modelling support including model development and quality assurance services.
